This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs.The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS51990" as the Part Numberand "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
Fuel Injectors installed in certain 3512C and SPF343C Petroleum engines may experience internal body cracks. This condition may result in excessive fuel to oil dilution. This failure mode generates extreme fuel dilution of the oil, in the range of 20 liters per minute.
