U-207 TT-15 1123 PS4375 This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS4375" as Part Number, "7755" as Group Number, and "96" as Description Code. Although this Program is to be administered as described above on the Affected Product, parts should be removed from parts stock as soon as possible. If possible, this Program is to be implemented at the same time as the August 7, 1989 Service Letter - PI3419. Implement both portions of this Program at the same time if applicable. Termination Date

Problem
***** Group 1 ***** The rocker arms for the exhaust valves may fail and the piston crown bushings may rotate and cause scuffing on certain 3176 Truck Engines. ***** Group 2 ***** The retaining cup on the unit injector rocker arm could loosen and fall down around the push rod on certain 3176 Truck Engines.
