This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs (any time the cylinder head has been removed).The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer.When reporting the repair, use "PS5237" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number.Use "96" as the WarrantyClaim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Some of the rollers may contain a material flaw on the roller surface. The flaw may appear as a faint line or scratch running parallel to the brass roller pin. Refer to Illustration 1.
1. Remove lifter bracket assemblies as outlined in the Disassembly and Assembly Manual, SENR1002-01.2. Replace all six 1159393 Unit Injector Lifter Assemblies.3. Install lifter bracket assemblies and tighten bolts to a torque of 30 N m (25 lb ft).
